Tooters is patient waiting for someone to pick him.
He’s never been someone’s favorite and it kills him. He wants to snuggly you endlessly and beg for the cheese off your plate. He’s simple yet needy for that pampered life from you. And yes, his Fosters friends were getting all groomed up and he wasn’t going to let the groomer leave without giving him a pampered bath so now he feels refreshed as well. 😉
Tooters is a 2yr old Chihuahua fostered in Janesville Wi He is good with kids (prefers the teens do to them being calmer), cats, and dogs his size. Lets be real...He doesn't like to admit he is intimidated by large dogs. He’s the big bossy guy of any pack but that’s because he’s making up for his size 😂
What he is looking for in a home is for someone to respect space for it takes him a moment to feel safe when in a new place due to the abuse he endured. He wants love but he also needs to know you will let him sleep through a nap and or eat in private and allow for him to have his own safe place such as a kennel or we call "room"
His foster mom says once his settled in his favorite place to snuggle is on your chest.


This guy is neutered, vaccinated and has his monthly preventions on board.
